Tíðin árar Yggs er farin
En skógr hugar
allra ætta Yngvi-Freys lifa
Betra er óbeðit
en sé ofblótit
Óðinn með ásum
Goðin munu ekki gera oss
Þat vi munun ekki gera
Enn úmǫguligr skal vera gǫrr
(Því at orðstírr deyr aldregi)
Til Óðins
til Þórs
til Freyju,
til leiðarvísa minna
til forellri minna allra
til þeirra vér sǫknum
ok til þeirra er fellu
